I’m Sabrina Watford, a Registered Nurse and founder of Velora Concierge Nursing. Throughout my nursing career, I have had the privilege of caring for patients across a variety of healthcare settings, developing a strong foundation in patient advocacy, care coordination, health education, and recovery support.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging the transition from hospital or surgical care to recovery at home can be. Patients may leave with discharge instructions and medications, yet still feel uncertain about what to expect, how to manage their recovery, or when a change in their condition may require additional attention.
That is why I created Velora Concierge Nursing.
